About Rachel
My name is Rachel Garland and I am a Family Celebrant based in Ireland. I am a fully accredited Celebrant with the Irish Institute of Celebrants. I have been planning, organising and running ceremonies for the last 14 years.
I specialise in Weddings, Vow Renewals and Baby Naming ceremonies. Together we will create a ceremony that is completely personal to you — one that your guests will remember long after the day.
